We regret that from 30 August, 2026, the Shed is no longer able to repair or service sewing machines.
We currently have no one who is able to undertake this work as our sewing machine expert volunteer has retired. Thanks to Glynn for all his sterling work in the past years.
We hope one day to be able to recommence this service but until then we are no longer able to accept machines for repair and service.
This happens with services at the Shed from time to time because we are all volunteers and sometimes the volunteer for a particular task is no longer willing or able to do it. We regret any inconvenience to our customers.
