The Dunoon Community Shed is developing a number of rooms which will be available to the community to use and hire. At the moment the space below is available.
Meeting Room
The first room available is a meeting room in the recently refurbished static caravan on the Shed site.
The room has six square tables which can be configured as you wish. The photo shows it arranged as a board table for up to ten people.
The room has kitchen facilities for refreshments and a large flat screen TV which accepts input from a computer. The room is equipped with electric heaters.
Prices
The room may be hired for business meetings, teaching or other commercial purposes at a rate of £10 per hour.
Charity and non-profit organisations may use the space free of charge but a donation to the shed would be much appreciated, especially in the winter to defray heating and lighting costs.
Availability
The room is used in-house for Shed activities sometimes on open Shed days but we will attempt to accommodate you at any time. Just contact us to enquire.
Restrictions
Smoking is not permitted in the meeting room or anywhere indoors on the Shed premises.
Regrettably the room does not have disabled wheelchair access due to steps and the width of the doors. If you need a room for meetings with disabled access we will be pleased to accommodate you elsewhere in the building depending on when you need it.
