The Shed is developing quickly since the purchase of our building in October 2023 and we are building facilities for members and the community.
These include a multi-use space which is used as an exercise area for martial arts, Tai Chi for seniors, meetings, a music space, two ‘hot-desk’ work areas and arts and crafts facilities.
Of course, all this costs money and although almost all the work is done free by volunteers, we still have to buy materials, furniture and equipment.
Also, the maintenance of our building and the provision of services needs continual support.
