Bird Table
A bird table with some features. The rails are to stop bigger birds taking all the food intended for the small ones. Also the height can be reduced by cutting off some of the central post. The base is wide for stability.

Elm Worktop for Camper Van
Our Canadian members, Joel and Caleigh, have been converting their Transit to a camper van in the shed over the last year. The woodwork section helped them by making a solid elm worktop for their kitchen area. They are off on their travels now, so all the best and we are sure it will go…

Ottoman
A recent job for the woodwork team: make a new lid for a valued ottoman. We looked out a piece of recycled pine board and cut it to shape. Made a recessed handle. Curved the edges and fitted with the existing hinges.

Log Stores
Two large log stores constructed by the shed woodworking team for a client. They are approximately 2 metres long, 1 metre deep and 1.6 metres high. Made using local larch supplied by Fynewoods so all community based and grown.

Bird Table
Another bird table but a slightly different design. The rails are to stop big birds such as pigeons stealing all the small birds food! Again in larch which does not need any paint or preservative.
