Tai Chi Chuan Classes at the Shed from April 9

We are offering a Tai Chi class once a week at the Dunoon Community Shed. This will be an open session for all with a focus on those who may need to practice from a seated position.

Bryan Shewry will be running the class and intends to start from Wednesday 9th April. The classes will run in our brand new meeting and exercise space from 11:00 to 12:00.

Initially an introduction to Tai Chi Chuan the sessions are open to all but particularly suitable to individuals with reduced mobility , and health issues including arthritis.

There will be two free sessions then attendees will need become shed members (£20 per year starting 1 April) and £3.00 a session. This includes the £2 per visit attendance fee plus the extra £1 to cover additional insurance and DBS fees.
